March 1: Key West

Spent 10 days in Key West. Stayed in the mooring field, because dockage in the harbor is like $6.25/ft. The mooring field is pretty crappy.  It’s not overly protected, and it’s 1.5 miles from the dinghy dock. It was a bit breezy the whole time we were there, so coming back at night was a bit of an event.

As I like to say, Key West is not really part of “the Keys”. It’s an entity all its own. Duval St kind of obscures a lot of the cool other stuff that you can do there.  Not that I don’t like Duval St, trust me.  But this video just shows a few things I thought were interesting.
