For the record, the Chesapeake Bay is enormous. Way bigger than Long Island Sound, or Narragansett Bay, or probably than both of them combined…times 3, probably. We only stopped at a tiny fraction of the anchorages available.
The weather all spring was a touch cooler than I’d have expected. I think it was an odd stretch of weather all the way down the coast.

Lol I got way more of those right than I’ll ever admit to. Last time I locked thru Great Bridge headed south, it was with 3 other boats & a tug/barge; the bridge opened 10 mins late-good times jockeying in that minuscule space between! Also, I said Tillman Island-close; they’re both T islands sinking. Ducks of course should always win. Great vid as always!
